I cant even walk up the stairs today without having to consciously stop myself from moaning out in pain every time I have to lift my leg.
My thighs feel as if they are seconds away from giving in and my calves have a constant dull ache/throb thing going on.
I knew though this all I would get stiff, granted, that’s what happens when you exercise and exercise properly – and I knew my legs would get stiff, but could SOMEONE, ANYONE explain to me my my neck to my knees is stiff? Why???? I just want to be able to brush my teeth without hunching over the basin in pain and feeling like my abs are conducting their own form of Chinese torture on me.
The only thing keeping me going is the ‘Victoria Secrets Weekend’ that was just on FTV. Damn you Heidi, DAM YOU!
