So, after 10 weeks of running I thought I too had over come the curse of “Loosing Inspiration and getting demotivated”, well I haven’t, this week it hit me.
I have only been to gym twice this week (Bad Justine, Bad!) And out of those 2 days, I ran on 1 and cycled on the other. I mean its still something? I guess everyone hits a brick wall at some stage.
Then the weekend came and naturally the only running I have been doing is after boys….
In other news, procrastination is at an all time high, I’ll run ok, just tomorrow!
