7.9kms and the only thing I can think of is how flippin’ sore my freaking shoulders are.
Its like I thought to myself “Hey Justine you know how hard it is to run a marathon, well not only are we going to do that, but hell, why not instead of running it we do a handstand and ‘Handstand it’ cos that would be freaking amaze!”
That being said, I know that the pain I am feeling in my shoulders right now after only an hour of running is nothing compared to what they will feel like after 3 hours of running, so hopefully some how through running I am preparing my shoulders too, or I have bad posture actually my posture cant be he problem because my posture is amazing hence my statuesque 6ft amazingness if it wasnt I would just be a measly 5ft11″
What I am trying to say is the pain I am feeling is worth it knowing that the reward will be that I will be ready to run a marathon in 80 day!
Oprah puts it better when she said:
“Running is the greatest metaphor for life, because you get out of it what you put into it”
Im putting in the effort and I will get the reward!
