So there I was, lying on the couch, head pounding from the effects of the night before and I thought to myself “Justine, get your ass into gear girl, you have a marathon to run in like, THREE MONTHS!”
So, I haven’t run for 7 days. Yes its bad, but let’s look at it this way, while I had my break from running I was also on the Vodka diet, which made me loose 3 days, therefore I only didn’t run for 4 days which isn’t that bad. Boom!
I really thought I was going to struggle today due to my 4 (Not 7) day break from it but I didn’t. Go me!
This is the run I did:
5 minute walk to start
12 minute jog
5 minute walk and I repeated that 3 times – I need our block to be bigger cos it just isn’t big enough for me to run around anymore!
Then a 5 minute walk to finish.
Now I’m going to shower and go back to bed cos being up at 6:30am to go running on a Sunday is unnatural, also I think everyone driving past me on the road was very obviously coming home from the club.
