My challenge this week

I have really been slacking in the running department cos of my new job and an accounting exam looming above my head and just general procrastination – but I can and will have the best of both worlds!

So this week I have challenged myself to run 10km a day!

5km in the morning and 5 or more in the afternoon but NO less than 10kms a day – I shall be more than ready for Run Jozi on the 7th (Well I already am but you know you can never be too fit)
