After much procrastination and promising I have officially decided that today (26th of November 2012) is the day I start training to run my 2nd Two Oceans Half Marathon. Eeeeeek.
I feel scared and I am not really looking forward to it, mostly because I am afraid I wont be able to do it and I don’t want to run another Two Oceans Half Marathon and miss a medal by 2 minutes – you have NO idea how heavy that makes your heart
This the the training schedule I will be following as you can see today is Monday which is supposed to be a rest day but I am going to start on a Monday and make the days I run Monday, Wednesday, Friday instead of starting on a Tuesday.
