So I did it, I started training for Two Oceans 2013. Go me!
I feel kinda bad ass too cos I ran 20 minutes without wanting to stop once. Boom! I’m not as unfit as I thought I was, still a long way to go to get back to were I was last year pre-Oceans but hey, any goal is possible if you put in the hard work to achieve it.
