So today I had a pretty f**king awful day. I don’t even know why, I just felt “off” from the moment I woke up – and what does Justine do when she has feelings she doesn’t know how to deal with? She goes running obviously, the BEST way in the world to clear your head.
So I woke up at 6:00 am and went for a little 4km jog. I came back feeling alive again, the endorphin’s had pushed the worries, weird feelings and thoughts I had been having from my head, and I was fine till about 4pm when they started come back and my mood went from back to worse, so I went for another run. 8kms today. Slow and steady.
