I have been rather pathetic with my work-out habits lately. When one has been going through the same workout routine day in and day out for over 2 years you can lose focus and that sadly has been happening to me, it’s frustrating to say the least as I am so close to my goal it’s ridiculous.
So, as of today until I reach my goal, no more naughtiness from Camp Justine, because even though that piece of Carrot Cake was delicious and I would give my right arm to eat a packet of Chuckles, it just isn’t worth it. Nothing, I repeat NOTHING tastes as good as skinny feels!
I have come such a long way, it’s just not worth throwing in the towel now.
I also hope to start spinning from the 1st of April and may be signing up to do the 94.7 cycle race in November because I want to start doing things other than running.
The next 6 weeks it’s time to just get this all over with, it’s crunch time (Literally, as I am going to be doing crunches until my tummy says I can’t do anymore)
