So, today I am walking a little funny. I always walk with a limp like an old school pimp cos I got that old school swag, but this time it is because I have been Klapping the gym like a biatch!
Yesterday I did my first ever spin class, and it was the most fun I have had with clothes on in a long time. How have I not been doing spinning before? Why do I hate having fun? Why am I such a terrible person? That being said I am spinning’s newest convert and it is going to be my new thing until, like running, I tire of doing the same thing every time I am at the gym. I just love it, if you have been scared trying out spinning before, don’t be it is super fun and totally manageable for any level of fitness…. Obviously the less fit you are the the slower you go and slowly work up to the level where you want to be. I plan to be level “Lance Armstrong” in 2 months time (minus the cheating and the drugs obviously)
I am excited about this plan, see I have decided that until the 31st of August (my birthday) I am going to be totally selfish and work on me. Something I always say I will do but never really end up doing – 3 months of eating right, working out and reaching my goals. No boy distractions, no shitty friends distractions and just general amazingness is all that is allowed in my life. I am amped about it, it’s awesome to decide something and then really do it!
Obviously I will be sharing my favourite new workouts and my progress with you here on the blog and I hope you will stay with me as I embark on yet another bumpy ride!
