So, in my continued effort to look like Heidi Klum I have been putting together this “Brazilian Booty Workout” with my friend Michelle who recently came back from a Brazilian holiday in Rio the home of Carnival (where bitches be naked yo) and when I asked her, how was her trip, her response was “Oh My God ,and your God and every bodies God, Brazil is where amazing butts are made” – Now this is no surprise since when someone mentions Brazil what comes to mind is babe-of-note Gisele “The Body” Bundchen, I mean her nickname is “The Body” so we know the Brazilians don’t f**k around… and with this butt workout, you too can aspire to have a butt like Gisele too.

This is what I am aspiring to in the butt department (these images are basically porn – so Justine Joy it)
To get the above shapely bottoms I will be doing the following workout 3 times each, 3 times a week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Friday I will also be hitting the clubs to SHAKE MY BOOTY so double workout basically)
20 Plie Squats
20 Donkey Kicks
20 Whirl Kicks (Don’t do this in the gym, for dear of looking like an idiot, trust me on this one)
20 Frog Jumps
20 Side Lunges (20 each side)
30 alternating Split Jumps
30 Hip Lifts
20 Kick lunges (Per side)
20 Fire Hydrant Lifts (I drew this particular image in paint, I have a career in Graphic Design don’t you think?
So, with that I conclude THE AMAZING BUTT WORKOUT!
I hope it hurt, I hope you cant walk tomorrow but MOST OF ALL, I hope you get a butt like a Brazilian!
