You know how as woman we are always harder on ourselves than we should be? Yeah, I am totally guilty of that.
Yesterday I went running with Saul, my boss man (the full marathon runner)
I realised that I am actually allot fitter than I give myself credit for, I worked hard to start running (and change my lifestyle) and I am pretty amped on the fact that I haven’t lost it over night.
I am by NO means as fit as I should be or as fast as I should be, but I will get there, I just need to pound the pavement, and put in the hours.
That being said I managed a to complete said run with minimal walking and well, I feel pretty proud of me.
