I recently started reading Fitness related posts on Reddit. I have not been a fan of Reddit since the start of the internet, because it find the lay out messy and childish, and what is up with the shitty font? Work on your UX. Rant over.
I was on Reddit and I came across this awesome video of a 91 yr old lady who started weight lifting on-top of her normal gym routine, she had been falling a bit and a trainer suggested that was because she was weak and should work on her strength.
The video made me feel happy and I though I would share it with you all.
You may not be 91, but it just goes to show that you are never too old to take control of your life and make changes for the better.
