I have really been neglecting my blog and I think that is due to not really knowing what to talk about, I think it’s a problem a lot of people have when they put their blogs into a category much like mine is.
Yes, I started this blog as way to document my weight loss and fitness journey but guess what, I am not fat anymore and I am fit. So what now?
There is so much more to my life these days than gym and eating right. To be totally honest I eat wrong 70% of the time and spend 90% of the time panicking about getting fat again, which is why I gym. I think most girls battle with being happy with their bodies and I know I am not, not even on little bit BUT that being said I am way happier with it than I was 3 years ago and I think that is what I need to focus on more (and you should as well, focus on the positive not the negative)
Anyways, this is not mean to be a deep and meaningful post it is supposed to be a post to say I am going to be writing about things that interest me other than just Health and Fitness. There will still be health and fitness posts because it is very much a part of my life, but there will be other stuff too. So keep an eye on here, I am sure you are all going to like what I am going to be getting up to. (I hope – and if you don’t well I can’t be everyone’s cup of tea and that is ok too!)
